Hi community,
I have a weird issue with Design Studio Applications. Design Studio is working fine and also the Applications I built but not with OpenDocument Link. So the Application works great if I start it locally AND also with BI Launch Pad. That means if I logon to BI Launch Pad, search the Design Studio Application I built, I can start it directly with double click or right click > "view".
But if I start it directly with opendocument link like this example:
boe.berner.lan:6405/BOE/OpenDocument/opendoc/openDocument.jsp?sIDType=CUID&iDocID=AUirUrUJMMNOnd0sK_kCdrI
it doesn't work. I get only a white page in my browser. To solve the problem I deleted the "Catalina work dir" of my Tomcat that is running on BO Server and wait for redeploying but without success => same issue.
My system environment:
- Windows Server 2008 R2
- BO BI Platform 4.0 SP06
- Design Studio 1.1
- Single Sign-On is configured with Windows AD and is working for opendocument links as well.
I hope anybody can help to find a solution because I love the Design Studio and we want to use it in our productive environment as fast as possible.
